Xiolink Inks Multi-Year Deal With Sprint

St. Louis -- May 6, 2004 -- Xiolink has expanded their network provider offering to include Sprint Communications Company. Xiolink has signed a multi-year deal with Sprint to provide an OC-48 to Xiolink's data center.

Xiolink has grown with triple digit growth for four consecutive years. "When we purchased our data center last year, there were four customers we acquired from the previous owners and the data center was operating at under 5% capacity. Today we are over 50% capacity with projections to be near 80% by the end of the year" said Brad Pittenger, CEO.

This agreement provides an excellent opportunity for both Xiolink and Sprint. Sprint now has the ability to provide Internet connectivity as part of Xiolink's carrier-neutral colocation services. "We are excited to include Sprint as a bandwidth provider to customers in our facility. Sprint was the only major provider servicing this region without a presence in our facility and we have had many requests for their network, now we have the ability to provide these customers a connection to Sprint's high quality network" said Pittenger. Sprint is installing redundant OC-48 capacity to Xiolink's facility.

Xiolink, based in St. Louis, Missouri, offers colocation, managed hosting and disaster recovery/business continuity services for customers throughout the world. Xiolink's World-Class data center is in the premier carrier facility in the region, The Bandwidth Exchange Building on Walnut. "Now all of the Tier 1 providers servicing this region have facilities or connectivity in this building" said Robert Guller, Managing Member of Bandwidth Exchange Buildings.
